We visit for a free assessment to have an overview of your needs and other professionals involved in your care. This helps in discussing an achievable outcome for the support you need.
As an experienced team we have the knowledge and the expertise to liaise with and attend meetings with other healthcare professionals on your behalf. Having someone by your side as an advocate means you feel empowered and in control of your own care.
We also make sure you understand all documentation you aren’t sure of, such as tough medical terminologies and the care system. We then assess what you need and create a plan.
